- Replying to your enquiry from the contact form — the Controller’s legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Handling your application to the Cluster and concluding an agreement — steps before and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Passing your enquiry to a company in the directory — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Invoicing and accounting — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Recipients
Your data may be received by:
- the directory company you send an enquiry to through its profile,
- our hosting and e-mail provider: [provider name],
- our accounting office and invoicing system: [name] — only for Cluster Members.
5. How long we keep data
- form enquiries — up to 12 months after the last contact,
- Cluster Member data — for the duration of the agreement, then for the period required by tax law (5 years).
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy,
- rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your data,
- object to processing,
- data portability,
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).

7. Is providing data required?
Providing data is voluntary, but without the fields marked as required we cannot reply to your enquiry or process your application.
8. Statistics
We count how many times a company profile is viewed and how many times its website link is clicked. We store numbers only — no IP addresses and no data that could identify you.
